They are intended to inform you about the conditions and modalities of booking and cancellation in our establishment, as well as your responsibilities. The hotel's internal regulations apply to all reservations. By making a deposit or guaranteeing your reservation with a credit card, you agree to the general terms and conditions of sale and the hotel's internal regulations.
THE RATES
The prices indicated are VAT included per room and per night. Tourist taxes are not included in the room rate. Your reservation is made for a specific number of persons per room and for the chosen date. In order to ensure the safety of the building, you must not accommodate any additional persons.
RESERVATION AND GUARANTEE
The reservation and the contracting of the stay are effective only after the payment of a depositThe payment is made by credit card, except for last minute reservations guaranteed by your credit card (number with expiration date and cryptogram valid until the day of departure).
* for one night 50€.
* For a minimum stay of 2 nights, an amount of 30% of the totality of the latter is required.
For Early Booking (special conditions), promotions, packages (Romantic or Gourmet), the deposit is 100% of the total amount of the stay. They cannot be modified or cancelled.
The deposit is deductible at the end of your stay. Any reservation without guarantee is held until 6:00 pm. The hotel reserves the right to re-let the room without notice after this time.
All our preferential offers, such as promotions, special offers, advance bookings and last minute bookings, offered exclusively by the hotel on its website or directly by telephone, cannot be combined with each other. They may in some cases be subject to special booking and cancellation conditions of which the client will be informed in advance.
LATE ARRIVAL
In case of late arrival the total amount of the unpaid nights is due.
ECOLOGICAL HOLIDAY
50% du prix de la chambre par nuit écourtée seront facturés pour tout départ anticipé.
NO PRESENTATION :
A penalty will be applied in case of cancellation after 18:00 (local time) on the day of arrival or in case of no show. This penalty will be equal to the amount of the deposit for reservations of more than 3 days or the amount of one night for stays of less than 3 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The hotel de la plage offers you the possibility to book among different types of offers which are sometimes subject to special cancellation conditions. For room reservations that are not subject to special cancellation conditions (early booking, promotions, packages ...), the conditions below will be applied;
*annulation à plus de 15 jours de votre date d’arrivée, nous remboursons les arrhes.
*If you cancel less than 15 days before your arrival date, your deposit will be kept in full.
For promotional offers (early booking, packages, ...), the entire deposit is retained.
ACCESS TO THE ROOMS:
Les chambres sont disponibles à partir de 15H00 le jour de votre arrivée et doivent être libérées au plus tard à 11H00 le jour de votre départ. Si le client souhaite conserver sa chambre au-delà de 11h00 le jour du départ, il devra en faire la demande auprès de la réception au moins 24 heures à l’avance. Un montant équivalent à 50% de la nuit sera facturé. Tout départ après 11h00 sans accord préalable sera facturé à hauteur de 50% du prix de la nuit suivante.
DOGS
Nous n’acceptons que les chiens de petite taille (-5kg) et uniquement sur demande et sous conditions; Le propriétaire est responsable de la bonne tenue de son animal sur l’ensemble de la propriété et dans l’établissement. Toute dégradation sera prise en compte. La laisse est de rigueur dans l’enceinte et à l’intérieur de l’établissement. Votre animal ne pourra rester seul en chambre. Un supplément de 12€ par jour est appliqué au tarif de la chambre.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
Your payments can be made by personal cheque in Euros or by holiday vouchers for France only or by bank cards, Visa, Eurocard/Master card.
On site, for stays longer than seven days, a weekly invoice will have to be paid by the customer and the balance at the end of the stay.
PROHIBITIONS:
Smoking is absolutely forbidden in the rooms for obvious reasons of safety and respect for the following guests. It is possible to smoke on the balconies with the windows closed, a shelter reserved for smokers is available outside the hotel. It is also forbidden to eat in the rooms except for the breakfasts served by us. Any breach of these rules will result in the invoicing of a fixed sum of 150 € for the complete cleaning and bactericidal disinfection of the room.
